About Me

Two and a half years ago, when my daughter was born, I became a Stay At Home Mom. Many reasons led to this decision, but the ultimate reason being her diagnosis of Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS). Flexibility was needed in order to get her the best care; i.e., weekly therapies and many doctor appointments. Going from work obsessed to SAHM can be a HUGE change. In order to keep my sanity feel productive, I turned to my love for crafts.

Anyone who knows me can tell you I love to create. I find myself in a funk if I haven't worked on a project in a while. I'm always trying something new, but you will usually find me at my sewing machine or designing on my computer. I am self taught in both sewing and digital design. Thank goodness for YouTube videos. I am always trying to learn something new, which you will see a lot of in my posts.

With this blog, I am hoping to fuel my creative energy. Hopefully by setting up some deadlines/timelines on projects will help keep me motivated and busy.
